Sonali is conducting a Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) Walk at Alice Garden, Pune University. 🌳
Shinrin-Yoku is the Japanese practice of slowly immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest- using your senses to notice the sights, sounds, scents and textures of nature, while slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
Come take a gentle pause from the rush of everyday life, breathe deeply, and spend some unhurried time in nature.
