Yoga with Rachna Dass
Rachna Dass is a passionate student and practitioner of yoga who explores its many dimensions with dedication and curiosity. Her journey has been deeply influenced by the teachings and tradition of the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune.

She is also a national-level athlete, certified mountaineer, and long-distance runner, bringing strength, endurance, and discipline into her yoga practice and teaching.

Rachna holds a Level 2 Certification (Yoga & Wellness Instructor) from the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Her work reflects a commitment to exploring yoga not only as physical practice but also as a path of resilience, balance, and inner transformation.
Yoga with Sonali Kothari
Sonali came to yoga later in life, yet over 15 years of dedicated practice and study, it has become a deeply transformative discipline for her. She draws inspiration from the tradition and teaching methodology of the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, where the emphasis on precision and awareness has shaped her understanding of the body and mind.

She holds a Level 2 Certification (Yoga & Wellness Instructor) from the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, along with a Diploma in Yoga Education from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
​
Sonali also holds a Master’s degree in Genetics from the University of Calcutta, and her interest in physiology and nutrition informs the way she approaches yoga practice. She views yoga as a holistic discipline that extends beyond asana into self-awareness, balance, and inner growth.


Yoga with Shilpi Khandelwal
Shilpi Khandelwal is an experienced yoga teacher and therapist who has been practicing Iyengar yoga for over 16 years. Her personal journey into yoga began while working as a secondary school mathematics teacher, when long hours of standing and sitting began affecting her health.

Turning to yoga for relief transformed her life, inspiring her to pursue formal training and eventually make yoga her professional path. She is a certified yoga teacher under the Yoga Certification Board of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
​
Shilpi believes that the sustainability of health practices lies in consistency, discipline, and family participation. A nature enthusiast, she enjoys trekking and climbing with her family and has completed extensive treks across the Western Ghats and the Himalayas, bringing a spirit of vitality and resilience into her teaching.
Yoga with Sadana Umesh
Sadhana is a dedicated yoga practitioner with over 18 years of sustained practice and teaching. Her approach to yoga integrates classical yogic wisdom with a thoughtful understanding of the body and mind.
She holds a Postgraduate degree in Yoga Education from SVYASA Yoga University, Karnataka, and has completed a Hybrid Yoga Certification Program conducted jointly by Savitribai Phule Pune University and Kaivalyadhama.

In addition, she holds a Postgraduate degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Kuvempu University, enabling her to bring a sensitive understanding of both physical and emotional aspects of wellbeing into her teaching.

Her sessions emphasize alignment, awareness, and mindful practice, helping participants cultivate a deeper relationship with their bodies and develop sustainable approaches to health.
